1. Before lighting, remove all packaging materials and ensure the candle is free of debris such as matches or wick trimmings.

2. To get the most out of your candle, allow it to burn for 2-3 hours at a time, so that an even melt pool can form. Please note that the vessel will become hot while burning. Always allow the candle to cool completely before relighting and avoid the flame touching the sides of the vessel.

3. If you notice black smoke, trim the wick to a maximum of 5 mm to ensure a clean and even burn.

4. Always protect the surface under your candle (e.g. with a wooden or ceramic plate) and avoid burning the candle down completely to the bottom. Also, do not place it in drafty areas to ensure an even burn.
