1. Before lighting, remove all packaging materials and ensure the candle is free of debris such as matches or wick trimmings.

2. Burn the candle for 2-3 hours at a time to allow for an even melt pool. Please note that the vessel will become hot while burning. Always allow the candle to cool completely before relighting and avoid letting the flame touch the sides of the vessel.

3. If black smoke appears, trim the wick to a maximum of 5mm to ensure a clean and even burn.

4. Protect the surface beneath your candle (e.g., with a wooden or ceramic plate) and avoid burning the candle completely down to the bottom. Also, do not place the candle in drafty areas to ensure an even burn.
